Stephanie Radomski

Group Fitness & Facility Coordinator

Stephanie Radomski is a certified ISSA Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor and has a Master’s Degree in Education. She is passionate about making health and personal wellness a priority in her client’s day to day life. To stick with a fitness program, it must be FUN and ever-changing… that is why group fitness is Stephanie’s favorite! In the past 10 years as a trained group fitness instructor, Stephanie has taught a wide range of classes that range from mat Pilates to HIIT boot camp. She is Les Mills certified Sh’Bam and Body Combat instructor and has worked one-on-one as a personal trainer to her private clients. When she isn’t teaching fitness classes you can find her hiking in the woods with her two dogs, snowshoeing with her husband and two teenage sons, kayaking the local waters, biking along the waterfront and trying to find good homes for local rescue dogs that she fosters through a local rescue group.

Zolton Kish

Personal Trainer

Zolton Kish is a NASM certified personal trainer, that’s been in the fitness industry for 6 years now. He’s a former 3-sport athlete, including Varsity football as well as Varsity Track & Field.

Zolton is well versed in sports nutrition supplements as well as vitamins, minerals, and herbs to support individual health goals. He has primarily worked with non-athlete individuals that are looking to make a life change, he spends time researching different approaches to accomplish these goals; from bulking to cutting and everything in between. He not only takes pride in his knowledge but enjoys helping others understand the how and why to all aspects of reaching their goals.

Zolton’s ever-expanding knowledge base, laid back personality, humor and passion for helping others reach their goals make him a great fit at APEX Health & Wellness!

Beth Schamberger


INSTRUCTOR/Challenge and Performance Trainer Coordinator

Beth has been a “Spin” enthusiast for close to two decades. She’s a resident of Evans, mom of two beautiful children,  and a well-loved teacher at Lake Shore Middle School. It’s important to her to always make sure that her students are comfortable and this is just another venue where she gets an opportunity to do so! She’s aware of the time, struggle and commitment that comes along with a wellness journey and hopes to be motivational and inspirational to all who take her classes. Beth has been very successful with the Ketogenic Lifestyle and is able to advise on all that she has learned to all who are interested! Beth is a PERFECT addition to Team APEX!

Kurtiss Driscoll

Personal Trainer

Kurtiss was born and raised in Angola NY where he graduated from Lakeshore
Highschool in 2008. At Lakeshore he was a multi-sport athlete. He played football,
basketball, baseball and volleyball. Shortly after highschool Kurtiss proudly joined the
United States Air Force serving active duty from 2010-2014. He served as a Security
Forces member and volunteered to deploy to Kyrgystan for 6 months. After being
honorably discharged from the military Kurtiss attended Villa Maria College. Here he
earned the spot on the mens basketball team and was honored with being the team captain.
He graduated from Villa Maria College with a 3.8 gpa and was awarded the title as
Physical Therapist Assistant. He received his licensure after passing his test in July of
2017. His first job after graduation was at UBMD Orthopedics located in Orchard Park. He
then decided to move back to his hometown of Angola and join Angola Physical Therapy,
where he currently enjoys working and provide a fun, enthusiast atmosphere for the

Kurtiss is a licensed and insured Personal trainer as well. He provides not only a
specific and unique exercise program for his clients but he has the physical therapy
background to provide another avenue of care.

Jake Lilly

Personal Trainer

Jake Lilly is a graduate of Jamestown Business College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. He has been a part of the fitness industry for several years including owning and operating his own training company. Lilly is a former four-sport athlete who has also coached local sports teams.

He is an ISSA certified trainer and an avid weight lifter and fitness guru. He has worked with a wide variety of clients and prides himself on helping anyone achieve their fitness goals. Lilly’s non-judgmental approach, motivation and friendly personality make him a perfect fit for team APEX!

Mariah Ceppaglia


I walked into my first yoga practice five years ago not knowing what to expect.  I had heard that yoga has the ability to help clear your mind as well as get you into shape, so I figured I’d give it a go.  It challenged both my mind and my body, and I was instantly hooked.  Less than a year later, I began my journey to becoming a yoga instructor and never looked back. What made me fall in love with yoga was that no matter what shape, size, or athletic ability you are, you can do yoga. It is an always changing practice. Yoga taught me patience, strength, and presence. I can’t wait to share it with all of you! Namaste.

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Carolyn Waterman and I have been in the health and wellness field for 14 years. I bring to the table experience, knowledge and understanding of the business. I have trained men and women of all ages and of all fitness levels. I specialize in training women over 40 catering to their specific needs. I have trained in the western New York area as well as Fort Myers Florida, helping people to realize and achieve their fitness goals and abilities.

Mary Pratt


Hi. My name is Mary Pratt and I am proud to be part of Team Apex. This team is made up of fitness professionals that can assist you to achieve/maintain your fitness goals. As we all know, fitness has many moving parts. My specialty is the stretching, flexibility and mindfulness that yoga has to offer. My belief is that we all need all to include the three major parts of fitness to reap the benefits health and wellness have to offer. These include weight-lifting, cardio, and stretching. Many of us discount the benefits of stretching, “It is boring, “There is no benefits”. I felt the same way until I tried it out for one month. I was in my late 30’s and had two young children and thought, “When I exercise, it as to be the most bang for the buck.” Yoga didn’t fit that idea. Was I wrong. My back hurt, my shoulders ached, and I didn’t have that lean, toned look I desired. I tried it out. WOW!! It was tough during class, I felt sore after, and a few days later, I felt energized. It is like the icing on the cake, it brings fitness full circle. Yoga, while stretching and increasing the body’s flexibility, it also works on the little muscle fibers that encircle all the big muscles. Human muscles are made up of different kinds of fibers, known as fast twitch and slow twitch. Slow-twitch fibers are experts at slow, sustained efforts, such as holding a yoga pose, while fast-twitch fibers are called into play for quick, forceful actions, like kicking.Aug 22, 2011

Now, about me. I have lived in Angola my whole married life. I have two kids, one at home, one on their own. Because of that, at the age of 53, I am going back to school to earn my Master Degree in Teaching Students with Disabilities from Medaille. We are never too old to try something new. I love the saying “If you want something you have never had, you need to do something you have never done.” In regard to yoga: I have been practicing for about 20 years and teaching for about 15. I earned my 200 hours certification through YogaFit based out of California. I also have my group instructor, and personal training certification through NETA. My practice has included Hatha, Yin, Bikram, Power, Ashtanga, and a melding of all them. When I teach, I try to get a feel for the participants and teach to them what I feel they need. When I am teaching, my focus is on proper alignment and fun. Mariah and I are looking forward to making yoga approachable and worthwhile for the residents of Evans.

Hey there!  I am a married mom of 2. I work in insurance as my day job and by night I am a workout enthusiast and a health and wellness coach. There is a lot that I enjoy doing – spinning, lifting, barre classes, and of course POUND. I have been teaching for over 1 year and I am certified in adult and children’s POUND. I can’t wait to see you ALL in class – iIlove feedback when it comes to music tastes as well, and remember consistency is more important than perfection.
